Being Consistent Matters
A lot of the clients I coach complain of one thing constantly…
“I started a new habit, but I gave it up after a week.”
“I want to start meditating (or exercising or journaling), but I don’t have a great track record with sticking to habits.”
And so on..
We want to do so much, but the motivation is usually lacking.
A coach would be nice, but they are expensive.
In order to fill that gap, I have created the “30-day Consistency Challenge,” and I want to help you stay on track with a particular habit for 30 days.
Why is important?
- Well, time is passing by – no matter what you think about it (or don’t think about it), time is definitely passing us by.
- A month from now, you will either be in the same spot you are in right now, or you will be ahead. With Consistency Coach, you can be ahead with at least one important habit. Which is more than what a lot of people can say.
